Quest For Time
Is Quest for Time expensive?
Are there certain kinds of things I cannot get done?
Does my assistant perform ALL the tasks personally?
Is my Personal Assistant available beyond business hours?
Can my Personal Assistant pay for goods and services
on my behalf?
No. When you consider what your time is worth, having someone else perform these tasks is a relative bargain. Also, remember that you are not paying for someone to sit idle; you book services in blocks of time and your Personal Assistant is fully accountable for those hours.
Yes. Although our services are extremely wide-ranging and meet just about any need you can imagine, there are a few things that liability prevents us from doing. For example, we cannot look after children, act as an ambulance service, or engage in illegal or unethical activities.
No. A great many of the tasks are performed personally (e.g., personal shopping, consulting, planning, errands), but there are also several tasks which your assistant simply coordinates and supervises (e.g., yard care, repairs, maintenance, cooking).
Yes. Although most of the tasks will be performed during daytime business hours (e.g., 9 to 5) there are times when you will need your Personal Assistant earlier or later than that. For example, if you are throwing a evening party, your PA can be there to help you host and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Yes. There are different ways of arranging proxy payments. You could, for example, choose to pay up front for things like repairs and groceries. Or you may want to set up an operating account to cover costs and replenish the account regularly or when needed. Whichever option you choose, you’ll have the comfort of knowing your Personal Assistant is fully bonded and insured.
